For ease of use, when you use our services, we have also made available Electronic: Inspection Booking, Invoicing and Payments for Inspections and any work related from those Inspections.
The Owner must lodge the Compliance Certificate with their local Council, within 30 days from time of issue. The Owner has now fulfilled their legal obligations with Victorian legislation.
The Owner will be required to obtain a new Barrier Compliance Certificate every 4 years, which is calculated from the date of your last Certificate. To ensure you meet the next Certificate lodgment date, we recommend initiating this process at least 6 months prior.
